We're part of a group of investors that buys 5-10 houses each month. That means we usually have an inventory of nice homes available for people just like you.
We're not real estate agents. If you need one of those, you can look in the phone book and find dozens of 'em. The problem is, they all tell you pretty much the same thing: "You need good credit to buy a home…you need a giant down payment to buy a home…you need to wait and wait…."
That's not what we tell you! Because we specialize in finding solutions when others don't know about them, or don't care, we will work hard to get you into your home, despite any hurdles.
Because we're real estate problem solvers, we often can buy homes when homeowners have had no luck with real estate agents. Those sellers need to move quickly, due to job transfers, divorce, death in the family, etc. We discovered long ago that if we can act fast to solve their need to move right away, they would often be giving us beautiful homes! There was nothing wrong with the homes…it was just that the sellers NEEDED to move NOW. We also realized that there were plenty of hard-working people that deserved such nice homes, but were not yet up to the ridiculously high bank standards for a loan. Therefore, you can consider us house "match makers", because we solve problems for both sellers and buyers.
